    After failing to sell our property with another agent, we turned to James. Our experience was a delight. He went over and above to ensure we had a good experience. Sometimes you are selling in the wrong market and you need to make tweaks. He helped make those tweaks and get us the best deal that the market would get us. He even picked up our old wifi router and dropped it off at the cable company so I wouldn't be charged for not returning it.

He would figure a way over it and get the answers and the information that I needed.
